Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of ukrainianeasy.com (“UkrainianEasy”) and to anything you buy on it. By creating an account or buying, you accept them.

Who we are

UkrainianEasy is operated and sold by VODEV LLC (ТОВ «ВОДЕВ»), a limited liability company registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU 46291583, registered address 20 Esplanadna Street, Kyiv 01001, Ukraine. Contact: [email protected]. In these terms, “we” means VODEV LLC.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle charges you, collects and pays the applicable taxes, and sends your receipt. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment.

What we sell

The Ukrainian alphabet (Chapter 1) is free. Further chapters are sold as one-time purchases, for example Chapter 2: Survival Basics at EUR 10. The current price is always shown on the pricing page, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Access

When your payment is confirmed, the chapter you bought opens on your account and stays available for as long as UkrainianEasy is online, on any device where you sign in. The access is personal: one account, for you only. We may improve, correct or reorganise the content over time. If we ever close the service, we will tell registered users by email well in advance.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason. See the refund policy. This is in addition to any rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be excluded.

Accounts and who can buy

• You can create an account from the age of 13.
• Purchases are for adults. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase for you.
• Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• We do not sell to people in countries or regions where the law or our payment provider forbids it.

Acceptable use

• Use UkrainianEasy to learn, for yourself.
• Do not copy, resell, share or republish the lessons, audio or exercises, and do not share your account.
• Do not scrape the site or try to break or overload it.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. We will refund a purchase suspended in error.

Our content

The lessons, texts, exercises, audio, design and software of UkrainianEasy belong to VODEV LLC. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them while you learn. Some audio uses synthetic voices.

Our responsibility

We work to make the lessons accurate and the site reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service or any particular learning result, which depends on your own practice. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we use your data is explained in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. A change does not reduce what you already bought.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without taking away the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. Write to us first at [email protected]: most problems are solved in a few days. Otherwise the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, have jurisdiction, except where your local law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
