Refund policy

You can get a full refund of any purchase within 14 days of paying. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

• Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the word “Refund” in the subject. You can also ask Paddle.com, our reseller, through the link in your payment receipt.
• We confirm within 3 working days.
• The refund goes back to the payment method you used, in the same currency. Your bank may take a few days to show it. Access to the purchased chapter ends once it is refunded.

Good to know

• Chapter 1, the alphabet, is free, so there is nothing to refund.
• It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription to cancel.
• Refunds are handled by VODEV LLC and Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders. See the terms.
